1. Class Booking & Payment 課堂預約及付款

• All bookings and payments must be completed via our online system or Mobile App. Registration implies full agreement to these terms.
  所有預約及付款須透過線上系統或手機 App 完成。註冊即代表完全同意本條款。

• Urban Yoga reserves the right to change prices and terms at any time.
  Urban Yoga 保留隨時更改價格及條款之權利。
   

2. Package Validity & Renewal 課堂套票及續期政策

• Non-Transferable & No Sharing 不可轉讓及共用：Packages are for personal use only. Any unauthorized sharing or "proxy attendance" will result in immediate termination of the package and forfeiture of all credits without refund.
  套票僅供個人使用。一旦發現未經授權的共享或「代上課」，整個套票將被即時取消，剩餘次數作廢且不予退款。

• Renewal & Expiry 續期與有效期：When purchasing a new package to extend old credits, ALL combined credits will follow the New Package’s Expiry Date, starting from its Date of Purchase.
  購買新套票以續期舊次數，所有堂數將統一採用新套票之到期日，並由新套票購買當日起計。

• Medical Extension 醫療延期：Extensions (max 30 days) require a medical certificate submitted via WhatsApp/Email within 7 days of the condition. Late submissions will not be processed.
  醫療延期（最長30天）須於狀況發生後 7 天內提交醫生證明，逾期恕不辦理。
   

3. Cancellations & Substitutions 取消及代課政策

• 24-Hour Rule 24小時取消時限：Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to class. Cancellations within 24 hours are "Late Cancels" and credits will be forfeited.
  取消須於課堂前至少 24 小時自行完成。24小時內之取消為「逾時取消」，堂數將照常扣除。

• Teacher Substitution 代課安排：Urban Yoga reserves the right to substitute instructors (including temporary substitutes) without prior notice. This does not entitle students to refunds or immediate cancellations.
  本中心保留隨時更換導師（包括安排臨時代課）之權利。導師變動不構成退款或即時取消理由。

• Minimum Attendance 不成班安排：Classes may be cancelled if minimum attendance is not met. Credits will be returned; no cash refunds will be provided.
  若人數不足，中心保留取消課堂權利。堂數將退回帳戶，不設退款。
   

4. Inclement Weather Policy 惡劣天氣安排

• Classes will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force. Credits will be returned to the student's account.
  若發出八號或以上風球或黑色暴雨警告，課堂將取消。堂數將退回帳戶，不設退款。

• If signals are lowered 2 hours before class, the class will proceed as scheduled.
  若信號在課堂始前 2 小時除下，課堂恢復正常。
   

5. Conduct, Health & Safety 行為守則、安全

• Late Arrival 遲到政策：To ensure proper warm-up and class progress, students arriving more than 10 minutes late will be refused entry. The class credit will be forfeited.
  為確保足夠熱身及教學進度，遲到超過 10 分鐘者，導師有權拒絕其進入，且該堂次數將照常扣除。

• Right to Remove 即時驅逐權利：Urban Yoga has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment, verbal abuse, or disruptive behavior (e.g., intentional exposure or emotional outbursts). Instructors have the right to remove the individual immediately without refund. We reserve the right to terminate membership permanently.
  本中心對性騷擾、言語攻擊、刻意裸露或情緒失控等干擾行為採取零容忍政策。導師有權要求行為不檢者即時離開且不予退款。中心保留永久終止其會籍之權利。

• Injury Reporting 受傷申報：Any injury must be reported immediately during class. Written notice must be provided within 24 hours. Late claims will not be accepted.
  受傷必須即時通知導師。書面通知須於 24 小時內提交，逾期恕難受理。

• CCTV Evidence 監控證據：24-hour CCTV is in operation. CCTV footage will be used as definitive evidence in case of disputes.
  中心設 24 小時監控。若發生爭議，CCTV 錄像將作為事實之最終根據。

• Media Release 肖像權：Students agree that Urban Yoga may use class photos/videos for promotional purposes. Please inform the instructor before class if you do not wish to be featured.
  學生同意中心將課堂影像用於推廣。如不欲出鏡，須於課堂前主動告知導師。
   

6. Personal Data & Refunds 個人資料及退款

• Privacy 隱私條例：Collected data is used for bookings and promotions, in compliance with the HK Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
  所收集資料用於預約及推廣，並符合香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》。

• Strictly No Refunds 不設退款：All purchases are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances (including medical, weather, schedule changes, or removal due to misconduct).
  所有購買項目嚴格不設退款（包括醫療、天氣、更換導師、遲到或因不當行為被驅逐之情況）。
